A takeaway from the Gujarati dish handvo!
Combine the besan, rava, and idli batter with the curd, salt, and vegetables. Mix well.
Grease a kadai (wok) and heat it. Once it is warm, pour a ladleful of the batter in it. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Flip it and let it cook without the lid till it is browned. Sprinkle oil for even browning on each side.
Serve hot with some coconut or peanut chutney.
Room temperature or hot
You can use carrots or any vegetable of your choice
The more adventurous can top with sesame or lightly crushed peanuts- just a sprinkle
