An experiment that turned out to be my children’s favourite!
Pulp the mangoes into a puree.
Place a pan on medium heat and prepare a sugar syrup using the water and sugar.
Once the syrup thickens, turn off the heat and add mango puree. Mix well. (Add the optional ingredients too if you prefer desi flavours).
Pour into moulds and freeze for 6 hours. Unmould and serve.
