Mix the sugar and hot water. Add the yeast to it. Keep it aside for the yeast to ferment.
Once the yeast starts bubbling, add it to the flours and mix well. Add the herbs of your choice. Now add the salt. Knead the dough well for 10 minutes. Cover the dough with a soft cotton cloth and let it rise for 20 minutes,
Knead the dough again and shape it in any form. You can make small buns or a loaf. Once again keep it aside for another 20 minutes.
Pre-heat the oven at 150°C for 10 minutes. Egg brush the bread (if you want) before putting it in the oven to bake. Your bread should be ready in 15 to 20 minutes.Take it out of the oven and brush it with butter to get a glaze.
Refrigerate leftovers
Best eaten with a generous quantity of butter
