Special Care

  • Coriander dipping sauce: consume fresh as coriander will change colour and flavour if kept long. It may be kept refrigerated for 24 hours.

  • Peanut dipping sauce: this dip goes well with all oriental snacks – spring rolls, momos, dumplings, sushi, dimsums et al.

  • The peanut dipping sauce can be made with peanut butter. Omit the sugar in this case.

  • Soya ginger dipping sauce: can substitute with dark soya sauce to which 3 times the quantity of water has been added.
