A couple of years ago I was making salads on order for friends and neighbours in our community. I had a list of 8 to 10 salads and this particular appetiser-cum-salad was the most liked and in demand!
Lightly steam the sprouts and cool. Drain excess water. Put in serving bowl.
Mix all ingredients with the sprouts. Sprinkle some chaat masala. Serve chilled.
