This recipe is my own innovation and comes out very well. This one is for those who (like my son) enjoy and prefer boneless chicken.
Marinate boneless chicken pieces in teriyaki sauce overnight.
Make a dip of eggs and cornflour.
Heat the oil in a pan. Dip the chicken pieces in the eggs and cornflour mixture and shallow fry them. Keep them aside.
Add chopped garlic in the pan till the raw smell goes away.
Add bell peppers and sauté on medium heat for approximately 2 minutes. Keep it al dente. If it feels too dry, add a teaspoon of soya sauce.
Add the fried chicken pieces.
Sprinkle honey, teriyaki sauce, and sweet chilli sauce.
Garnish with sesame seeds and freshly chopped green onions.
Refrigerate leftovers
Taste and add salt only at the end since all sauces contain salt.
Tastes best if marinated overnight.
