Ingredients
- Rice noodle-like fine long vermicelli: 250 gm
- Carrot, beans, capsicum, broccoli, spring onion (cut fine): 250 gm
- Dark soya sauce: 3 tsp
- Garlic (finely chopped): 1 tsp (optional)
- Green onions (chopped): 3 stalks
- Sesame oil: 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli (chopped) (optional)
