I have always been super active and a workaholic. Food was always the last priority in my life. When I was young, I wanted the nutrition pills NASA astronauts had, so that I didn’t have to cook or eat. I however had a dragon mother who was an amazing cook and who made sure I started working around the kitchen from the age of four. So when I do cook, I can turn out decent one-pot meals. The well-plated ELSATable meals are eye-candy!

Ingredients
- Besan (gram flour): 1 cup.
- Rava/sooji (semolina): 1 cup
- Idli batter: 2 cups
- Curd to soften the rava: 1 cup
- Grated cabbage,: 1 cup
- grated coconut: optional: 1/4 cup
- Onion (medium, finely chopped): 1
- Green chillies (finely chopped): according to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking: 1 tbsp
