- Ground lamb/chicken (keema): 500 gm

- Zucchini (diced) (optional): 1 medium
- Potatoes: ¾ kg
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter: 2 tbsp
- Milk: ½ cup
- Salt: ½ tsp
- Ground black pepper: ¼ tsp
- Oregano (optional): ½ tsp
