Aslesha Madappa
Food has always been of interest to me: I love recipes and try out as and when I come across new ones. I’ve travelled worldwide and enjoyed many cuisines; my business is also food-related! I am a first generation woman entrepreneur and have independently exported foods since 1985. Most Coorgi women are good shots and I preferred to earn my gun license through rigorous police training, rather than get an exemption for license to own a rifle (Coorgis are the only community with this privilege). I’m also a member of the Food Buddy group wherein we share and post recipes we have tried out.
