Ruchi candidly admits that she has not cooked anything other than eggs and toast most of her life though she loves trying out new cuisines from across the world. So, like many others, when she was forced to cook for the family for an extended period of time during the Covid lockdown, she searched and experimented with recipes which were tasty, healthy, and most importantly, easy and quick to make. And some of these have now become her signature dishes!
