  • Rice noodle-like fine long vermicelli: 250 gm
  • Carrot, beans, capsicum, broccoli, spring onion (cut fine): 250 gm
  • Dark soya sauce: 3 tsp
  • Garlic (finely chopped): 1 tsp (optional)
  • Green onions (chopped): 3 stalks
  • Sesame oil: 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli (chopped) (optional)
