An experiment that turned out to be my children’s favourite!

  • Pulp the mangoes into a puree.

  • Place a pan on medium heat and prepare a sugar syrup using the water and sugar.

  • Once the syrup thickens, turn off the heat and add mango puree. Mix well. (Add the optional ingredients too if you prefer desi flavours).

  • Pour into moulds and freeze for 6 hours. Unmould and serve.
