We had it each time we went saree shopping in Chandni Chowk in Old Delhi. It brings back memories of saree shopping before my cousins’ weddings!
Dice the potatoes in cubes. Heat ghee in a frying pan. Shallow fry the potatoes on low heat till golden brown and crisp.
Transfer the fried potatoes to a bowl and sprinkle all the masalas, salts, and lemon juice on top and toss to mix.
Arrange them on a plate and drizzle with tamarind chutney, sliced onions, and dhania leaves.
